Dr. José A. Lugo Rivera is a graduate of the prestigious School of Dentistry, Marquette University. After serving in the Armed Forces, he established his practice in the San Patricio area in 1994. Dr.Lugo is at the forefront of advances in dentistry through numerous continuing education courses that allow him to offer modern and varied services .
